Join us for an evening of delicious food prepared by Chef Todd Barrios paired with award winning Texas wines from Red House Winery. The cost is $150/couple and includes a four course dinner and wine pairing.
Chef Todd Barrios is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. Chef Todd has extensive food service experience in restaurant management and culinary arts. He worked in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, LA with the Brennan Family, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, Al Copeland Restaurants, Chef John Folse, and The University Club of Baton Rouge. He has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has been teaching in higher education for 10 years.
Chef Todd is a member of the American Culinary Federation, and has won several awards in culinary competitions. He joined the faculty at SFA in August 2011 when his family relocated to Nacogdoches. Chef Todd has been married for over 20 years and has 3 children.
